Does anyone know where I can get the braces for barring a door. Usually you see these in businesses where a door that is not used much might be blocked with these using a 2x4 board that will not allow someone to kick in the door. I have a garage side door and there has been a lot of home in the neighbor here where thieves would just kick in the door to gain entrance to the house without being noticed.

Stop by any sheet metal, welding or machine shop, and tell them what you want......make a little sketch, including the dimensions and you can probably pick then up the next day.
